HistoryThis vessel was launched in February 2003, and was built for the current owner to his own exacting specification. Since then, the entire vessel has been fastidiously maintained, and she is still in practically 'as new' condition, and is an absolute credit to her owner. With only approximately 240hrs on the engine, the boat is barely run in. The current owner now wishes to pursue new interests, and she is therefore now available at a huge saving on list price, and is in superb 'turn key' condition.

AccommodationWith comfortable, light and modern accommodation this is a truly luxurious and superbly presented motor yacht. The yacht has warm water radiator central heating throughout, and this coupled with the double glazed 'Thermic Line' windows makes year round cruising a very comfortable experience. Forward circular seating and dining area, which can be converted into a large and comfortable double berth. This area gives access to the forward / day heads, larder cupboard, and large hanging wardrobe / storage cupboard. The heads area is well appointed, with electric toilet, tiled floor and heated warm water towel rail. Aft and to Starboard of this is situated the large and well lit galley area. Keys features are the 3 burner gas hob, built in / concealed microwave, Coolmatic 12v refrigerator, sink and large work area. The gas oven has been thoughtfully located at work top height, making access very easy, and allowing the space underneath the hob to be utilised locker. The wheelhouse / main saloon is located midships, with access to the engine space below. This is a very large and open space with great views, built in seating to Starboard, helm seat, TV point etc. Below the wheelhouse / saloon floor is the large and well lit engine room. This space gives easy access to the engine, and is in stunning condition. Not even any dust down here, much less any evidence of oil or water! The aft double cabin features a large double bed, and ample lockers, wardrobes, storage etc. The ensuite heads compartment has with full size and fully tiled separate shower cubicle, electric toilet and sink, along with a warm water heated towel rail. A cupboard in the ensuite conceals a full size washing machine a dryer. Upholstery is all in very good and unmarked condition, having been well looked after and lightly used. All door fittings are bronze, and there are countersunk halogen lights throughout the boat. There is plenty of storage throughout the boat, in cupboards, cubby holes and under the bunks and cabin sole. 6ft / 7ft headroom throughout ! Radiator central heating throughout. Sony CD / Radio. 2 x manual fire extinguishers. Modern domestic style galley with sink and hot / cold water system. Calorifier / immersion heater for hot water

Externally, there is a large amount of space on the aft deck and cabin top which will make a great area for entertaining, The deck coamings / bulwarks are very deep and would therefore make a very safe environment for children. There is also room on the foredeck for sitting out. This Linssen Grand Sturdy is a long range cruising boat able to fulfil category B of the R.C.D. Tough steel construction, wide side decks and seaworthy profile all contribute to her long distance seagoing or inland waterways ability. Steelwork is of heavier build than many vessels of this size. Protection and safety are a priority when undertaking adventurous voyages and steel has the strength and resilience for hard knocks! The Linssen grand Sturdy has a low enough air draft to cruise the vast majority of Continental waterways.
